Moment delivery rider pedals along the M4 in rush hour traffic

This is the bizarre moment a food delivery cyclist was spotted pedalling along the M4 during rush hour.

The footage, filmed by a passerby from a bridge above the motorway, shows the rider calmly cruising along before three traffic officers pull him over.
